The Commonwealth School of Public Service (CSPS) is a training school for middle and senior civil servants and interior policy researchers in the Commonwealth, and an establishment of the Ministry of the Commonwealth. It administers the civil service under the ministry, and teaches courses in governance, public administration and policy management.
The school is in Fennel, the capital of Mira, with smaller offices in Oslola and Kairi. Entrants to the civil service come to it after passing the open examination of the Bureau of Accreditation, and officers of the Commonwealth Administrative Service are trained there before they are posted to a republic. Researchers of the Bureau of Policy Research also teach at the school, and it runs courses for the directors of the bureau corporations.
