The Ministry of Industry is a ministry of the Vekllei Government.

The Ministry of Industry (COSMOIND) is responsible for the machines, mines and wells that production in the Commonwealth depends on. It holds the heavy plant of the state and leases it to firms, regulates robots and the command computers that drive them, and licenses mining, quarrying and the extraction of oil and gas. Common responsibilities include:
- Holding and leasing state plant, and its exchange between the industrial bureaus
- Standards for robots and Automatic Asset Commands
- Licensing and inspection of mines and quarries
- Licensing of oil and gas fields, and the royalty on raw commodities
- Computing and robotics research through the CSRE
Production itself is set by the Parliament of Milk and Honey, which took over the ministry’s Bureau of Production Surveillance in 2031. Farming, forestry and fishing belong to the Ministry of Landscape. Nearly every robot in the country is built by National Machines to the ministry’s standards, and a lot of its licensing work is in Kala, where most of the country’s metal ore is mined. The Ministry of Industry is led by its First Minister, elected from within by professional staff.
