Commonwealth Arsenal S.A. is the principal state arms manufacturer of Vekllei, operating under the Defence Industrial Establishment. It comprises eight factories spread across six Commonwealth regions, divided by product between arsenals, shell factories and missile factories, on the model of older national ordnance boards. Uniforms, rations and other non-armament materiel fall outside its remit and are handled by a separate factory network under the Federal Materiel Establishment.
The company traces its origins to the Royal Oslolan Foundry, established in 1643 during the North Sea Empire period to produce naval cannon and fortress artillery. It supplied weapons throughout the Oslolan Commonwealth’s territorial holdings and was known for the quality of its bronze and iron castings. Following Commonwealth independence, the foundry was reorganised as Commonwealth Arsenal, and its original site in Oslola continues to operate today as Oslola Arsenal. The corporation expanded well beyond Oslola in the postwar period, adding factories in the Caribbean, the South Atlantic and the Antarctic republics as the Armed Forces dispersed their supply lines against a single strike.

Commonwealth Arsenal developed the GUN-90 field howitzer and NG-series naval guns, both currently in service with the Armed Forces. It works with Veletia Armaments on vehicle integration, General Reactor on nuclear artillery systems, and Savage Arsenal on specialist mountain and expeditionary guns.
Commonwealth Arsenal employs approximately 25,200 people across its factories and is listed on the Commsec as CWA. Individual factories fall under the technical oversight of the Federal Ordnance Establishment, which sets specifications and inspects output on behalf of the Defence Industrial Establishment.
